We want your new bike to arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• Canada — via Canada Post and regional couriers, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location
• United States — via UPS, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

• USA orders: The price you see at checkout includes everything — there are no extra import duties or customs fees for US buyers. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop.
• Canada orders: Free shipping on all bike purchases. Smaller accessory-only orders may include a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Special-order or custom-built bikes may take longer — we’ll confirm an estimated ship date with you when you order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your bike ships.

How Your Bike Arrives

Bikes are shipped mostly assembled in a protective bike box. Pedals, handlebars, and the front wheel may need to be attached using basic tools — clear instructions are included in the box. If you’re local to Smithers, you’re always welcome to bring your bike by the shop after it arrives for a free post-shipping safety check and tune-up.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping? Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your bike at: 1281 Alberta St, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0, Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup, fully assembled and ready to ride.

Tracking Your Order

Once your bike ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Damage

If your bike arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging — we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
